Trattoria Nella - the real Tuscan taste!
Trattoria Nella is one of the most typical and oldest trattoria in Florence.
Dating back to the beginning of this century, the first owner of Trattoria Nella was Lady Nella. The Trattoria has been run since by the family Fattorini who took over succession 25 years ago. Sergio and his sons have put many innovations into the trattoria always following the example of good typical Tuscan food.
During these years the trattoria has become really famous with Florentine people and tourists, mostly Americans, because of Rick’s Steve guide. Rick mentioned the restaurant as one of his favourites for the melted in your mouth gnocchi.
Trattoria Nella is frequented by musicians and artists. Lorenzo and Federico are professional musicians and often play in town and sometimes also in the restaurant, see theme evenings.
Prices are affordable and the atmosphere is really soft at dinner and frizzy at lunch.
